Whether you’re looking for sport, activity holidays, culture or pure relaxation this area of Bulgaria has a tremendous amount to offer all year round.
Situated in beautiful countryside or a traditional working village, all our properties have fabulous mountain views. The properties are available in 3 villages - the thermal Spa village of Banya, and the rural villages of Dolno Draglishte & Gorno Draglishte. When you feel like going to a busy town, the all-year resort of Bansko, is between 5 & 10 km away (dependent on property location) , with its cafes, restaurants (including the famous local Mehana restaurants) and nightlife. Enjoy “après-ski” in the winter or sit out in the main square with a drink or a meal in the Summer. If you’re lucky you might even be there when the annual International outdoor Jazz Festival is on!
For clients who prefer not to rent a car whilst in Bulgaria, we can provide transfers to/from the airports of Sofia or Plovdiv to the properties, and daily transfer to/from the Bansko Ski gondola.
Winter Sports
70 snow cannons cover 70% of the runs. A unique 16km run goes from the highest peak (2600m) down to the town, and is sepcially floodlit for night time skiing. The resort caters for all levels, - excellent facilities for beginners and challenging runs for advanced skiers & boarders.
Excellent off-piste facilities for “Extreme” skiers include “heli” & “para” skiing.
